On most projects we charge no fee until we are able to give you an estimate based on your specific preferences. This allows you to test our knowledge, skills and compatibility before making a commitment. This also helps you develop a budget. If you retain us, the fee can usually be fully credited to the purchase you make with us if you proceed.

STEP 1 - Visit our showroom for a personal appointment or stop by anytime to casually browse and discuss your project. The goal of your visit is to help answer your questions about all the materials, prices, sources, equipment, and timelines. If you have measurements or preliminary floor plan drawings bring those so we can start developing an understanding of how your space could best work, and give you ideas of various options as to how your project might best be developed for your style, budget and utilization goals. We may end by scheduling a field visit to get exact dimensions or referring you to other resources.

STEP 2- We will make detailed drawings to solve dimensional and aesthetic issues and help you visualize various design options. We will continue to prepare revised detailed drawings and prices for you as many times as needed to help you discover your best unique choice.

STEP 3- We will complete the order. You will be provided thorough drawings and descriptions for all the work, and a schedule, whether it is just the design and sales of cabinets or a "turn key" renovation project. We will continue to supervise and /or advise you to the degree you want on all other related questions as you feel necessary during and after the conclusion of the work.
